THE BEST CORE AND SHOULDER EXERCISE YOU AREN’T PERFORMING!

Kneeling KB halo’s are a great exercise to challenge core stability and hip stability while improving shoulder mobility. As the weight changes positions the core and hip must adapt to control the body.

This is a great exercise because the weight is light but the benefits are massive! Try not to move your head as you are performing the movement. This requires full concentration so be certain to make every rep count!

Don’t forget to switch legs next set and do an even number of reps!
